The consignment letter includes the following content columns:

1. Shipper

Fill in the full name, street name, city name, country name of the shipper, as well as a convenient phone number, telex number, or fax number for contact.

2. Consignee

Fill in the full name, street name, city name, country name of the consignee (especially if there is the same city name in different countries, the country name must be filled in), as well as the phone number, telex number, or fax number. The words "order" or "to order of the shipper" (as instructed by the consignor) cannot be filled in this column, as the air waybill cannot be transferred.

3. AIRPORT OF DEPARTURE

Fill in the full name of the originating airport.

4. AlRPORT OF DESTINATION

Fill in the destination airport (if the airport name is unknown, the city name can be filled in). If a city name is used for more than one country, the country name should be added. For example: LONDON UK, London; LONDON KY US; LONDON TO CA London, Ontario, Canada

5. REQUESTEDROUTING/REQUESetting BOOKING

This column is used by airlines when arranging transportation routes, but it can also be filled in if the shipper has special requirements.

6. DECLAREDVALUE FOR CARRIAGE

Fill in the declared value amount for transportation, which is the limit of the carrier's liability. The carrier shall charge a declared value fee to the shipper in accordance with relevant regulations. However, if the gross weight of the goods delivered does not exceed $20 per kilogram (or its equivalent currency), there is no need to fill in the declared value amount. Instead, "NVD" (NO Value Declared) can be filled in this column. If this column is left blank, the carrier or its agent can be considered as the undeclared value of the goods.

7. Declared Value for Customs

International goods are usually subject to inspection by the destination customs, and the customs levy taxes based on the amount filled in this column.

8. INSURANCE AMOUNT REQUESTED

Civil aviation companies in China have not yet conducted international air transportation insurance services, so this column can be left blank.

9. Handling Information

Please provide additional processing requirements, such as ALSO NOTIFY. In addition to the consignee, if the shipper also wishes to notify others when the goods arrive, please provide the full name and address of the notifying party separately.

10. Documents to accompany the waybill

When filling out the documents accompanying the waybill to the destination, the name of the attached document should be filled in, such as the shipper's animal certificate for LIVE ANIMALS.
